Green Monkey Resort

  1. Reservations and special Request

All special requests regarding room allocation such as specific room numbers and specific room location will be subject to approval from the authorized people of the Hotel. Depending on the availability of rooms will the special requests be process. Appropriate fees may also be charged depending on the special request granted. Provide us with your valid email address and contact numbers so that we may get back to you with the status of your requests as soon as possible. Should you wish to avail of the Airport Pick Up service, reservations should be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date of the respective party. Specific information such as name, date, time of arrival and the number of people arriving should also be provided to avoid missing out any information.

  1. Payment

In our Online Reservation Page, to process your payment, you may pay using your payment or credit cards. The personal information you provide us when you make reservations or when you want to avail of our promos are only used for reservations or order handling and will not be disclosed to a third party. The availability of our promos depends on their promo periods. Rates for room reservations have no expiry and will follow the standard prices found in the online reservation page or the list of room accommodations’ costs. However, we may apply some changes on the rates without prior notice to the users of this Website.

The open balance for the room has to be paid upon arrival in cash or credit card.

We reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival, foreign currencies are not acceptable,

For credit card payment guest must provide one (1) valid ID.

  1. Room rates, Service Charge & VAT

The room rates are included Service Charge & VAT.

  1. Transportation

You can book transportation services for the following destinations:

  1. Room Rates

Guest must be ascertaining the room rate applicable to their room at the time of signing in the visitor's register. The room rate is not inclusive of any charges for food and beverages or any other services availed by the guest and these will be payable as per consumption. Extra guest charges will be payable as per the prevailing tariff for persons exceeding the standard number of persons for the room. The extra guest charge will be levied irrespective of whether extra bed is used or not. However extra guest charges for a maximum of two children under the age of six (to be ascertained by receptionist) will not be payable while occupying rooms let out to their parents /guardians.

  1. Proof of Identity

All guests (Both Foreign & Filipino nationals) are required to provide the resort with valid photographic proof of identity proof of address like passport, voter ID card, driving license & valid phone /mobile number and /or any other document as per government regulation in force. Pan cards are not acceptable as id proof.

  1. Settlement of Bills

Bills must be settled on presentation either by payment in cash or valid credit card. Other payment methods are not accepted!

  1. Booking

All bookings require the payment of the whole amount. In dependence of the Season (Standard or Peak), we have different cancelation policies.

  1. Family Plan Policy

Children over 7 years (more the 110 cm height) until 14 years have to be charged with 50% of the official room rate. A separate Bed is necessary. Be sure to clarify the age of children, a Personal ID card has to be shown. If not, we will measure the child.

  1. Extra Bed

Green Monkey Resort is providing extra mattress upon the request of the guest it is only allowed in the rooms that had an enough space every extra mattress have an equivalent amount to be paid per night.

  1. Check In procedure

Check inn time is exactly 2:00 pm – 06.00 PM, guest must present passport ID, early Checking inn is prohibited they can leave their luggage on the lobby area and must be inform the receptionist.

  1. Check Out procedure

Check out time is at 11:00 am. Guest staying beyond check out time will be charged for a full day succeeding their check out date and time.

  1. Managements Lien on Visitors luggage & Belongings

In case of default in payment of dues by a guest the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage passport and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards amount due by the guests.

  1. Guests values / Cash / Jewelry / etc.

Visitors are requested to lock the doors of their rooms when going out or when going to bed or when using common bathrooms. The hotel will not be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof, whether due to neglect of hotel employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage. For the convenience of guests, deposit facilities are available and such valuables can be deposited at the reception or cash counter and a receipt should be collected from the person concerned.

  1. Management rights

The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the resort premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room.

  1. Damage to the Hotel Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Green Monkey Resort property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. Any losses or damage there will be a equivalent amount, and will be charge based on the inventory list.

  1. Resort Keys

Resorts keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guests leave the hotel premises and at the time of check out. It is not permitted to lock hotel rooms with personal locks. Any losses of each key will be charged by the amount of 5,000.00 Php.

  1. Relation between Hotel & Guests (Lease or sub-lease)

Nothing herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor and the resort shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole resort premises.

  1. Hazardous Goods

Storing of hazardous goods like raw or exposed cinema films, gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc., in the resort premises by guests is strictly prohibited.

  1. Government rules & Regulations

Green Monkey Resort & Blue Bamboo gests are requested to observe government rules and regulations in force from time to time, in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, drugs etc.

  1. Smoking

Green Monkey Resort is a Smoke free zone in the whole building Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited. If the guest smoke on the prohibited e.g. inside the room, bathrooms, roof deck we will charge the amount 10,000.00 Php.

  1. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

  1. Food & Beverages

Cooking and dinning inside the room is strictly prohibited, fill in drinks on the refrigerator will be charged by the bill.

  1. Power Supply

In case of power shutdown of the public power company, Green Monkey Resort & Blue Bamboo Hostel will activate a generator, which is connected with all electrical facilities.

Any problems in cases of no power, Green Monkey Resort don’t refund rooms rates.

  1. Cancelation Policy

Cancelation policy will vary on guest booking voucher availed from an online travel agency, for walk in guest is a “Non-refundable” cancelation policy.
